I have the same in my Windows 10 Insider folder. But only 'resources' file in the $Windows~BT folder. This is on Desktop; on my portable, the $Windows~BT folder looks 'normal' but nothing has happened with either computer.
Did you download media creation tool to create an iso, if you did thats how they appeared in your C:\ drive

To me MS does not has a successful lunch so far. Most of our PCs are holding at "Upgrade to Windows 10 -Failed" today while GWT keep on telling us of the "Validation" or "...almost ready...".

It's too rush for only the purpose of "Back To School"?
How so?? Only people with issues post and the ones that didn't have any will not post "it just worked". So, it's hard to judge how well it went by what we see here.

Has anyone pass through this yet?
No, after five upgrade fails in the WU screen I gave up and installed my notebook from my Insiders 10240 USB drive. Worked fine.

Would the notebook have installed if I had left it for more than the five hours I gave it? I'll never know! The only reason I left this notebook to upgrade via WU was to see how the process worked. I found out!

To be fair, maybe millions have/will go fine, or mine might have worked if left for a long time, but there you go.

Maybe there is " it just worked" but majority of us are still handing over here. "Failed" are at least not so comfortable to see.

It's a bit like doctors. They must have a jaundiced view of the populous as they only see sick people!

You have zero idea of how many are having issues vs the ones that don't have any. There is always issues when a new OS comes out and this is no different this time.
