No download or no upgrade ? If you have problem with download and have ESD or ISO from 10240 IP, you should be able to use that one when time comes, it looks like they are exactly same.

So what are the "Schedule for later" options? I am curious. Will it give you enough time to uninstall antivirus and reboot before installing, if I want to do that?
