Very true. Enterprise is really looking for a KMS server. This pc is not on a domain at this time.

    +1! I guess M$ might consider once if 10240 crashes a machine!

    Hi all
Windows 7 user here and would like to give Windows 10 a try,
    EDIT
My Windows 7 copy is legit, i've removed the Windows 10 upgrade offer at the time and now i just have no idea from where to start.
Frankly, you should WAIT until the released version is out as putting on this preview build this late in the game is probably not a good idea. Once the release is out, there will be links to MS web pages where you will be able to download a copy that will upgrade your computer. It is only a couple weeks away.

You can download and install a Preview version of Enterprise, or at least you could. Via the TechNet evaluation center. I ran it briefly on my laptop. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/eval...nsider-preview The product key is listed under the preinstall information. I can't remember if I actually had to enter it though. It was quit a while ago now. It activated over the internet just like the regular non enterprise version did.

It's your personal preferences if you want to try the Insider Previews, but I wonder M$ is still signing MSA insiders which require to install Previews! Does anyone can confirm YES or NO on this?

Wifi not working after upgraded from 10166 to 10240, all other builds are fine, it is frustrating, try to connect to ethernet cable still not connected.

One x86 machine of mine was directly clean installed to 10240 yesterday (without upgrade from 10166 to 10240) with my Insider MSA and working well till now. Don't know if this is working for anyone else?

Did this machine ever installed previous builds? If NO, means person who has a valid Insider MSA should be able to clean install 10240 on any machines still!
