Okay, after rebooting it works fine on my system as well now :)
I have another inquiry regarding the Calendar app. Today I pinned the Calendar on my Start Menu and, after setting an appointment as a test, I managed to make its live tile work. It showed the appointment and now it shows the current date (Saturday 25), so all is good.
Why, though, when I go to Default apps it asks me to choose an app for the Calendar? It is already installed and running in my system. Isn't it?

I was wandering same thing. Sends me to the store to find another default App.
Ignore that. Mail and Calendar are one in the same app called Communications app. You should have a default Mail app.
Why they don't list Communications app that way I have no idea.
