no i havent do that yet saw that my amd catalyst control center i gone from the taskbar.

After you restart your computer and the problem is still there, go to post 196 and refer to the excellent tutorial made by Kari for converting your ESD file to a bootable ISO. Then reinstall using the iso file you make. Be sure to restart your computer first and allow it to 'settle' in, allowing everything to complete the boot. Sometime that takes care of the problem.

find a problem with my amd catalyst control center is not working at all. do i need to reinstall my os then?

mine showed up around 9pm gmt

have my win 10 on swedish can i be that to?

I was trying to reproduce the file explorer bug. Unless, I am doing something wrong I do not see it. I am using the U.S. version of windows 10 build 10166 via windows update.
