Ok, so who decides what gets reported and what doesn't? How does one know what to report and what not to report? Some here aren't as tech savvy as the rest. I'm not trying to be a smart @ss or anything but I just don't get that criticism for that post. Oh well?
You have a feedback on the start menu. You have a responsibility to report that which is not to your liking. That's what we are supposed to be doing.

I would agree if the feature didn't work at all but that's nit picking.. IMO.
Let's see now, if I wanted it to open one way than it's a bug to somebody but if someone else wants it other way than it's OK for him but not for third person ?

He can report the issue.. never said he couldn't. I just don't expect that it's going to be a high ticket item for MS to look into. Any all issues should be reported no matter how small.

I honestly never pay attention to either the size or location.. it is what it is.. just as long as it works like it should.

Do you mean they took down the system or did they open then close or freeze???
Right if the UI apps are just closing themselves... that's nothing new and still persistant. I havent checked yet on 10166 but I would not be surpised if that bug remains .
You probably knowUI apps have always been unstable in the test builds and that somertimes they never even even opened or some would not uninstall/re install and the buggy Beta store .
At least the start menu / all apps scroll down list still works in 10166 and on the last few builds . ☻☻

It is up to the individual user to decide what to report. A feature may work quite well on one setup but not the other. MS will sort it out.

Same with me, many bugs I notice only when someone points them out but for me they may not even be bugs or buggy enough to bug me.
Ok, here's something that happened to me. When scaling was up to 125%, my custom pointer would jump back to middle of screen when I tried to use scroll bar but with standard pointer that didn't happen. How to classify that one ?
Fluke bug ?

I've never ben shy to report legitimate issues or legitamite sugesstions in the feedback UI app (that seems to be suddenly missing from the beta store today but remains in my start menu ) or flyout feedback requests or the Windows insider forums.

Am I the only one here who has not found any bugs to report?

I found some and reported them.. and I made comments on other suggestions.
