I upgraded to CU version on my 10 Pro N version using the upgrade assistant, and it was remarkably quick. PC boot faster now as well.
There does not appear to be a new media pack yet but plex still runs ok.

In my case it's easy to see everything internal is covered by SMB. Everything else is from apps, leading two being Edge and Chrome:
I use Edge for browsing and all downloads, Chrome for streaming HD TV from my native Finland, casting it to TV with Chromecast (would like to use Edge for that, too, but it just works better with Chromecast than Miracast).
As you can see, my backup program has the most traffic in my network. :)
I'm only surprised by how much the System uses as well. That's maybe the data that is being transferred when I use my laptop to get files from my PC. I don't use the desktop much, these days, it's mostly for storing data on. :)
Although, I did start using it recently again to program on. In the past, I mostly programmed on my laptop. :)
Well, I'm off now. A few friends want me to install the Creators Update on their systems. They don't trust themselves doing it. :) Luckily, I downloaded the ISOs so I can do a quick upgrade on their systems. :)
Update:
We will let #WindowsInsiders know when it's time for us to flight builds again.Tweet
