I for one are trying to ensure that in the rush to catch up with Google and Apple with their mobile OS Microsoft does not throw away the desktop experience. This is an issue with computers as they Microsoft have a virtual monopoly. It is not like if we don't like there version of Windows we can download someone else's and continue to work or play. Like or loath Microsoft the Windows experience on a desktop computer with the range of software available cannot be beaten. Oh and don't say you could use linux or apple as I build my own machines and in the case of apple they are the worst with their walled garden and helpless sheep. Linux does not run MapPoint or many other programs I like.
