Still cannot arrange links in "my order". Without some add-ons I use (in other browsers), I still cannot recommend using it my family/friends.

Edit: On the positive side I can send an email with Cortana without having to do any typing!

after a few restarts cortana seems to be working much better. hope everything gets better after a few restarts, if someone finds other major things.

yeah, it was working much better for me after the restarts, but i went ahead and retrained as well, and yes, much, much better. thanks.
