Correct me if I'm wrong but, on the previous Build, if you added tiles to the Start Menu in full screen mode, the groups would 'hang out' in the center of the screen, until you added more of course.
Is that right? If so, they seem to have 'corrected' that in 10162.
Thanks, Money Pit! It looks like my HP Pavilion 500-056 came with a SuperMulti DVD Burner, which can play Blue Ray movies; however, here's what HP says:
The computer came with Windows 8 (no .1 behind it) and was "upgraded" to Windows 10 :) so I'm guessing that if Windows 8 didn't come with a Blue Ray player, Windows 10 doesn't either. It doesn't look like HP gives a player, although it should have.Cannot play movies. If your computer was upgraded to Window 8, there may not be a software application capable of playing DVD or Blu-ray movies installed on your computer. Windows 8 does not come with a software decoder for DVD and Blu-ray movie playback. To watch movies, purchase and install DVD and Blu-ray movie playback software that is compatible with Windows 8.
Me too, Tomcat. Although this looks like a cat fight or a dog and pony show, I have learned a lot more than I ever wanted to know about apps vs programs vs apps vs programs.
But mostly what I've learned is that perfectly nice people can get downright app-tankerous when you mess with their apps, err umm, programs, well maybe . . . apps . . . ahhhhhhhhhhh, to heck with it . . . there may or may not be a difference and that's what I'm taking to the bank! That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :)

While yes, the distinction between the OS and programs/applications has been around forever, the term 'apps' has come to mean something different in recent years, mostly with the advent of smart phones and then tablets. You know, "there's an app for that". It has come to mean a smaller, relatively focused, downloaded, sandboxed program, touch-centric, typically for an iDevice or Android device, and now Windows 8+.
I don't think it's useful to call old-school Win32-API programs 'apps'. And although the term 'app' is obviously derived from'application', it really has a more specific meaning nowadays. Apple essentially invented the term as it is used today.
This is not to say one type of executable is 'better', just recognizing the common usage of words.
I went back and looked again and can't find anything that actually says it has Blue Ray. However, that's not a real problem unless programs come on Blue Ray disks. :)
I have never watched a movie on my computer and don't think I need to start now. This is just something I tested and it failed. :)
Probably for known reasons now.
Thanks everyone, but for me this is now a non-issue. My hardware just isn't up to it; not a failing of Windows 10.
