Try the restart. It worked for me. :)

That's exactly what happened for me! It seemed to stall, so I restarted the wuauserv service and it finished in lightning speed!

It's not going lightening fast for me. It was at 14% and now it's 15% but no noticeable movement since it got there.

Restart the computer or Restart the wua thingy?

Mine wasn't moving at all, until I did the above fix. Then it flew in.
If it is only downloading,
I would try to stop it, then do the fix, and do the upgrade again.
