I wandered into the living room to spend awhile with Hubby. Took a short nap and when I came back in here, the desktop was asleep too! So, I think my download went to sleep also.

Now the computer isn't allowed to ever sleep until this is over!

What rvb said works like a charm. Mine is D/L'ed and preping to install.

If it's not downloaded when you get home I'll give that a try.

don't go to processes, go to services and find Wuauserv, restart this and it will work fine for you.

You have to do a right click to restart it.
