    Restarting Windows update service unstuckified it for me.
    Installing now.

    Success. if update does not start although showing available, open Task Manager, Processes, scroll down to PID 368
    Wuauserv which should be running, if so turn it off, then turn it on again.
    Retry upgrading again.
