Hello all Windows 10 forum users. One new here :)
So Microsoft say Insiders get Windows 10 for free? (i'm sorry if my english is bad, i use google translator)
Does this mean it really that I can get? Windows 10 a computer that does not have OS if I am Isider.
    Or am I completely wrong
I have Windows 7. But I have another machine where there is no OS

Join the insider program, then download the latest official ISO (10130) and install it on your machine with no OS. Then you should be good to go once the final release hits.

Sounds like they're getting close to flighting the next release. 10147 seems pretty solid, it wouldn't surprise me if it was that build.

They may even be prepping the RC, assuming they actually call it that.

The statement above says that the Insider program will continue even after the release on July 29th.
One thing that isn't mentioned is: will those , including myself, who choose to delay upgrading still be able to take part or will it only be for upgraders ?

The way I read it, Ken, is that once you update, you will be given the option to exit the Insider Program. If you don't exit, you're still an Insider and will continue to get new builds. Although they may not be called builds any more. :) Well, gotta have some speculation. :)

From what I understand is that all insiders will be upgraded to release. Then you get a choice if you want to be removed from the program or keep testing. I don't know if you will be able to delay upgrading to the release only time will tell on that.
