Stevae You are missing the point. dual booting after updating W8.1 to W10 when finally released and being an Insider will not be possible according to Gabe. See Attached Thumbnail in post #372. for confirmation.
oh, ok. sorry. i thought you were saying something else. but just to keep an upbeat mindset, think about how many times m$ has told us in the past we couldn't do something, and of course we always found a way to do it anyway. it might not be in m$'s best interest for you to be able to dual boot, but if it is in yours, then there will be a way. stay up.

You're reading way too much into that. That doesn't say you can't dual boot.. It's talking only about Windows 10...

If you do not sign in with your Microsoft account, then the new Insider system won't know you're an insider. If you use a Microsoft account that is not registered with the insider program for your Windows 7/8.x then it won't know you are or aren't one.

There is no possible way that Microsoft can know that you're booting Windows 7/8.x and Windows 10 on the same machine. Particularly if you do things like use pluggable drive bays. If you're dual booting from the same disk, then you just have to take some precautions to ensure you have a proper set of partitions.

Edge, while it may not be IE is still the browser that sucks for compatibility with sites that just work with FF/Chrome/Safari.......It's got lots of issues just like IE but it's got a new name

Actually Edge is worse than IE, with IE you could set compatibility mode to sort out the screws ups, Edge doesn't allow you to roll compatibility back to it's IE origins.
That will probably be fixed in the final version. But one thing is sure.. Edge is 3 times faster than Chrome.
    And the memory usage:
    Chrome with 2 tabs opened = 46MB
    Edge with 4 tabs opened = 19MB

You obviously are not up to date with Microsofts terms in regards to being an Insider.

    Windows 10 build 10122

Guys I'm suddenly getting a "driver error" when trying to pair my arc mouse surface edition (bluetooth mouse) to my SP3. It simply won't pair at all now even after power cycling the SP3 and the mouse, removing/uninstalling the device and trying again etc. I've installed the microsoft keyboard and mouse center software and nothing seems to get it to work. The mouse is flashing red/green lights which indicates that it's "ready to pair", but when the bluetooth settings try to pair the device, it never succeeds and just sits there saying "device error". WHAT THE. Any ideas?

Phew that was a close call. I managed to sort it out. The only thing that worked was removing all Bluetooth drivers from the entire machine, including the generic Microsoft bluetooth LE drivers that manage anything and everything bluetooth related. Then after the next reboot the pair worked straight away. Weird...
