Windows 10 Build 10147 x64 ISO has leaked

Ditto here. I keep getting a notification that Insider Builds settings need attention. Also, if I turn sync off it doesn't keep either, it reverts back to "on". I was able to turn individual settings off. I had installed 10147 as an upgrade but went ahead and did a clean install. The "ghost" Spartan icon was gone from the task bar but there were only 2 apps on the start menu, Edge and Search. Really strange, I just added the missing ones back. Seems like a pretty stable build with just a couple of quirks.

I'm trying something slightly different with my HP EliteBook now. I deleted the spartan link from my task bar before beginning the upgrade. I want to see if it remains there when the upgrade is done.

On another note, where did they hide Cortana settings? I can't find them anywhere!

I have my doubts, this leaked Build is still on 'winmain.prs' branch.

EDIT: My mistake! It's not on winmain!

Download folder in start list still broken like it was in 10130 and I can't install the Insider Hub in this build for some reason.

not the build, as downloads folder works fine for me.
