This build still won't download on my Lumia 640XL. I tried rebooting, removing the battery, changing from fast ring to the slow ring and back to fast ring and changing the date all the way up to 2020 and it still stays at 0%.

    - yikes, that might be the only solution..
    - if only to clear any previous errors caused by the date change..

I've just noticed that the Outlook Calendar App has changed its default date to 17th November,
which is the date I used to obtain the download..

can't see any way to change this
maybe it'll stay there until it reaches that date, and then update..

    - have to wait and see, I guess..

PS: the mobile's lock-screen shows the correct date, so maybe it's confined to Office Outlook Calendar.. (??)

I have been trying to tell, repeatedly, in the ESD to ISO tutorial that the correct marching order after the upgrade is ready to be installed is to FIRST copy the install.esd file to safe location, only then click Restart now to perform the upgrade.
I would add that before attempting to download the update, check that your update settings are set to "Notify to schedule restart".

Build 14931 must have reset my update settings.
When I downloaded b14946, it automatically installed itself whilst I was having my evening meal.
    Note:
I haven't had time to update to every IP build that has been released.
    I'm still on b14946.

I know what Kari said, but I have never had to do the install.esd copy first--always after the install. This time I have downloads now and copied to safe folder.

Sticky Notes program freezes and will not respond. This is supposed to be one of the major enhancements. I cannot add text to stickly notes and the control bar at the top has disappeared. I sent info to 'hub'
