My desktop is at 58%. I'm not as lucky with my phone. Just like the last few builds it's making me jump through hoops. My phone sees it but stays at 0% downloading. I rebooted and it wouldn't down load. Then I tried shutting down and removing the battery and that didn't work. Now I'm trying switching to the slow ring and then back to the fast ring.

    PC download came in fine..
the installation seemed to hang at 96% for a long time, before completing..

    - as for mobile: kept getting the dreaded spinning thingy with "No updates are available" message..
..so I did the time-change thing - hey presto it started..

    - then I saw this:

    - oops, I did it again..!!

    I noticed that as well..
even after doing the time-change trick**, the mobile download stood at 0% for quite some time before it kicked in..
probably best to sit tight and wait..

PS: **I set the date for a week ahead, after moving to the slow-ring
when I switched back to fast-ring and tried again it started up..
    - after the installation had completed, I reset the date.

    .. I hope I haven't broken anything..(??)

Just like clockwork I get the newest build about 6 hours after release, Build 14965 is now installed and all I have to to do now is create an "ESD to ISO" then make a bootabe USB drive with Rufus. :)

EDIT: Usually when the upgrade is finished the "install.esd" file is still in "$Windows - BT/Sources" but not this time. Next build I will have to snag it before restarting the machine.

as usual, I get nothing --been about 7 hours since released and NOTHING on either desktop or laptop. Probably not until tomorrow! Don't understand the delay.

This is an interesting change for me. I've always been able to create ISO from esd at the completion of install. Wonder why the change?

I've tried jut about everything and still on 0%. The one thing I haven't tried is going back to Windows 8 and starting over like I had to do before. I use to enjoy using my phone as a Insider but this is getting ridiculous.
