Build 14951: Oh well...Start still reluctant to open and my PC blue screened so quickly I had trouble changing boot back to Anniversary.
Safe Boot did the trick in the end. Both installs exactly the same so pretty weird.
Like the speed of Insider so its a pity...never mind, eh?
Update:
Thank you #WindowsInsiders for patience while we work out the Mobile build install for some of you. Track progress: http://aka.ms/14951mobile0

Meaning?
Are you talking about crashing when trying to open it?
If yes, are you using MBAE?
I have found that the latest MBAE BETA version (Build 1.09.1.1208) corrects this problem on the last Insider build and this one.
It can be downloaded here: MBAE 1.09 preview - Experimental MBAE Builds - Malwarebytes Forums
A couple of things I've observed on this latest preview:
1) I had to clean install the latest NVIDIA driver due to the crippled openCL.dll files both in System32 and SysWoW64 folders.
2) When I am trying to update the Time, from the default Internet servers in the Date and Time advanced settings, I am getting an "Access Denied". It is the first time I am observing something like this.
3) Windows Explorer is crashing, sometimes
4) I cannot get rid of the Windows.old folder, the few Megabytes that are left in there, even though I've run Disk Cleanup and CCleaner multiple times, and rebooted, as well.
Hi,
Can you tell us what files you have in there ?4) I cannot get rid of the Windows.old folder, the few Megabytes that are left in there, even though I've run Disk Cleanup and CCleaner multiple times, and rebooted, as well.
They are likely drivers that are still in use.
Cheers,
Well im a happy Brexit boy, run 1 failed, run 2 up and running. Still no problem with Panda free.
