Got the WU alert message from my ESET SS v10. I had to run the "Check for updates", installed with no reboot. No info's available.
Cheers

I suspect it is some fail by MS.
this morning I started to get strange errors, like:
TypeLoadException, failed to load FindFirstCharDelegate.
while Regex is already loaded from System asssembly.
installed the update, restarted, works again.
This from Windows Central. A very similar servicing stack update came out last March. Although they have not published regarding this particular KB, it looks very much alike in behavior.
Quote:
This is not a culmuatve update for Windows 10, so there's no new version number once the servicing stack update is installed. It also doesn't require rebooting your PC.

I'm stuck in downloading updates 48% and deleting softwaredistribution contents didn't help 😐
Looked this morning and the KB was installed yesterday at some point and is showing in update history. Weird...WU said I didn't need it yesterday but it's been installed apparently and shows in history. Strange behavior
