The only change I'd make to All Apps menu would be to make it Alpha Numeric as opposed to icons.
If StartIsBack offer a Win7 style start button, I'll go back to that.
Otherwise very happy with Windows 10.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, in the list that shows already! Without having to click on All Apps and scroll to find what you need?
That alphabetical list is as useless as, well . . . I don't use it at all, except to find something I may want to put in my Quick Launch Bar. When I want an app, I just click on it and it opens.
What is good about Quick Launch, as well as pinning apps, you can pin files and folders too. Working with PowerPoint this week? Put the PP icon on Quick Launch. Through with PP, just delete the icon.
I've had a dark blank area on the left that I think was Cortona or the search function or something. I could not get it to close without rebooting. I think removing the search bar from the taskbar fixed it. My Icons are messed up because I've been too lazy to rearrange them. I don't use that PC very much and lately only turn it one to try and answer a question on Windows 10. it's the only PC I have 10 on. That screen shoot was via Remote Desktop from this PC.
OK, I went back and tried it while I was here in the forums. It behaved a little better, but still scattered my icons. So, while I was there, I rearranged them and it looks like they stuck. I won't know for sure until I leave the forums and have a clean screen to try again with.
I like that my apps are listed at the whole height of the screen. That's nice, but for some odd reason, my screen was darkened to twilight . . . devs been reading the Twilight series? :)
BTW, the dark panel on the right was the Notification panel. :)
There is a setting buried in there somewhere to do with auto rearrange the tiles when switching modes or something. I'm on my Windows 8 PC at the moment and have to go do some errands. I'll power up my Windows 10 PC and have another look latter on today. I haven't really done much on it other than having a quick look around.
I guess I was dreaming, I can't find that setting now. I've seen a 'Name this group" pop up or something when moving tiles around. This PC is connected to our main TV in my living room. The only time I get to use it that way is when my wife is not watching TV so I've been remote desktop into it. No sense setting the tiles up on my 19 inch 4:3 monitor. I'll wait and do it on the wide screen TV at some point.
You just click in the blank space above the group and an edit box appears that you type into.
