Anyone experiencing this?
Every time (like more than 6-8 hours or even a day) I decided to switch back from other dual boot Windows, this build took almost 8-10 minutes Windows would let me run any Apps (including task manager, notification, file explorer etc.).

My PC got updated from 14396 to Evaluation copy . Build 14931 rs _prerelease 1609-1700. Any information on this release? -

As nothing new happens, it is time to look on your Insider activity history. It may looks like:

Picture above presents small part of the log created by BuildsHistory.js. You can get it and all other project files from Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online. . History.cmd should be clicked to run the script, DO NOT click on the BuildsHistory.js.
Readme-EN.txt gives some more details.
