This is the cumulative update that is scheduled for Patch Tuesday. It flighted to insider release preview and insider slow rings. Obviously you shouldn't have gotten it on the release build.

It's not an Insider build now. It's a standard RTM update that all should get (as my retail build just has). It would have been released to insiders earlier for testing, that's what a Google search may be throwing up.

As i posted earlier, a no show on mine, then whilst trying it again got the new build.

I got it this evening as an RTM update. Still no fix for autoplay though

I agree with you. I'm not keen on them dropping updates when I'm not prepared or expecting. I know they don't stick to the every second Tuesday now but would be better to at least keep these to Tuesday's. They do seem to be rushing out a lot of updates.

It came to me as well. This was a clean install 3 weeks old and never used a MS account on this install.

I wonder how many responses could be given and processed in those two days the update was given to the insider rings...
