It appears the update isn't being offered if you had already installed KB3189866. Also if you manually download KB3193494 and try to install it, it errors out saying it's not applicable to your machine.

Yep it does also on my machine.

Sorry, everything is NOT fine. I've got that latest 14393.187 build, but my Chrome keeps freezing solid for no reason after as little as 3-5 mins of use. I don't like Firefox, but it's NOT freezing. Yes, I did post a help request on the Chrome Help Forum, but haven't gotten a reply yet. Any ideas?

I apologize Rocky; however, in fact, that was where I did start this thread, but someone put a link to this thread, and that's how it got over here.

So how will we be able to fix whatever needs to be fixed if the .189 update is either not displayed as an update or won't load when we try and install it?

I hope you weren't directing that question to me Geoff, cuz I haven't a clue what you're referring to.

Geoff, as far as I'm aware build .189 has only been released for Windows 10 mobile at the moment. Build .187 is for PC.

Well I certainly hope that somebody can help you. I use Firefox myself but I do have Chrome installed.

Sorry DooGie, I don't have enough certification in Geekiness to understand your comment. My CPU is saying "TILT, TILT, TILT!"
