He said it in one of the threads we're watching, Jeff. But I'm not getting my hopes up yet!

I hope someone can help. I am trying my initial install with build 10130.
Built the USB flash drive. When I boot to it, all I get is a black screen with a blue Windows logo.
No error message or any feedback, just a blue Windows logo.
Is this trying to tell me that the computer does not meet the requirements?

Have you given it a few minutes to get started with the set up?

That's the normal first screen you see. Then it should start setting up after a bit. How long really depends on your hardware.

I'd try checking the hashes of the ISO, to make sure you got a good download. If so, try burning the USB or DVD again. Maybe something happened during the writing process.

    What are your full specs?

I guess I'll try the 32bit this time...

Easier to try it in 32 bit than to find the specs of the computer...(home built server)

Do I need to rebuild the bootable flash drive as fat32, before trying to copy the 32bit files?

I'd recommend using this to burn the ISO to the flash drive. It'll do the work for you. I've never had any issues with it.

I used that to rebuilt the 64bit, but same issue. I rebuilt it with 32bit and it is now installing...Shall see if it works...

    Thanks for the link

If that doesn't work try just extracting(unzip) the ISO to the USB drive(quick formatted to FAT323) and try booting with that, fast boot and secure boot off in BIOS/UEFI.
