    badrobot, reboot does not help.

As soon as I remove an MS Account from the PC, remaining domain and / or Azure Active Directory accounts will lose absolutely everything from the Start.

Everything can be set back by going to All Apps and pinning items back to Start.

Hippsie, that would explain something but not everything :).

THis is not a big deal, I mean how often do you remove user profiles? Easy to set everything back, it's just strange behavior.
I think it's worth reporting, Kari. Although only a few within Ten Forums may have your particular setup, there will be a few gazillion out there who will most likely face what you're facing.

By reporting, you could save a whole lot of folks some of the grief you're experiencing if MS fixes it. :)

Don't know if this helps but there's something in GPEdit about applying Start layout to all users.

So I had an interesting thing happen today. I still had my headset plugged into my lappy from Saturday's meetings....booted up the laptop today and got a BSOD "Critical Process Died". That's all it said. No error code, nothing. So, I unplugged the headset and tried again. Booted up straightaway. Strange....

Very strange, but I'm not going to boot with my headset plugged in now! :)
