Positive smoke test and time to get good deal on MB, couple of hours at most. Ordered online and coming in two days.
There's a funny law around here, if you by something online, you have 15 days to return for refund or exchange item, no questions asked, unlike when you buy in the store when you have just two days to change your mind if not satisfied. So I order online whenever possible. Plus, computer stores are pretty poorly stocked with more expensive stuff and would have to wait a day or two anyway and go there twice most likely. Most of stuff bought online is COD too, they bring, you pay, end of story.
So after a few days on both machines, they're running ok and stable.
The build is still suffering from the auto hide taskbar and start menu bug where tiles won't pin unless the app has been opened/downloaded from the store. Cortana is broken and won't respond to voice as in previous builds, along with the black picture passwords and no option to select files for slideshow lockscreen unless calling upon the old theme settings. Clicking one of my old themes there auto changes the 1 minute setting I had to 10 minutes. Mail app crashed on me a couple times on certain emails. PC was upgraded from 10122.
Continuum on my Surface Pro 3 is still not functioning smoothly as my driver crashed after separating from my keyboard. This one was done clean from the 10130 ESD.
Over on Microsoft Community there is a discussion about Audio. It appears there is something that MS is aware of that they have broken and will fix it in coming builds.

Anyone experienced the start icon no longer working? I have read, through all the builds, that some have had the problem, but this is a first for me. The couple of suggested "fixes" don't seem to be of any use either. (changing the display to high contrast, or applying Dism)
I've had the same issue on a few test installs although mostly it does work. Interesting though, this usually only occurs with accounts existing before the upgrade to 10130, or when doing a clean install only with the initial user account created in OOBE. Start works, at least for me, on each new account created after the upgrade has finished or the clean install has booted to desktop.
If the Start does not work you can get to Settings app to create new user with WIN+I (letter i, not L), or create the new users with NET USER Username Password /ADD command.
What I have done in these cases is to create a dummy admin user, sign out from current user and sign in to this temporary dummy user, remove all existing users and recreate them. Start Menu works now, at least in my tests, for all users.

OK. Thanks Kari for the quick response. I'll work through that. I did run the build (with a couple or so restarts), for a day, with a start menu. Must have happened after one of my customisations, I guess. Anyway, two choices - 1, Reinstall or, 2. Wait for the next imminent build.
