Anyone signing in to Windows with either a domain account or an Azure AD account? If so could you test if this is just me or a bug:
Create an additional Windows sign-in account with an MS account. Sign in to this new user account once, sign out, go back to your admin domain or Azure AD account and remove the MS Account user.
Did you also lose everything set up in Start in doing this:Happens to me. If I remove an MS account user from Windows, the main user with Azure AD account loses everything in Start. The same happens if the main user is a domain account. Of course the apps are still shown in All Apps so I can set up everything again, I am just wondering if this is something on my PC / setup or if this is a bug worth reporting.

Apps would be owned on any device with any MS-type account. Perhaps settings for different MS associated accounts are saved for that particular account? In other words, you have your main MS account that records the Store apps and any account associated with it saves the settings.
badrobot, reboot does not help.
As soon as I remove an MS Account from the PC, remaining domain and / or Azure Active Directory accounts will lose absolutely everything from the Start.
Everything can be set back by going to All Apps and pinning items back to Start.
Hippsie, that would explain something but not everything :).
THis is not a big deal, I mean how often do you remove user profiles? Easy to set everything back, it's just strange behavior.
