Checking in with my problem list on a clean install of Build 10130.
    1. Explorer.exe error on Shut Down, Restart and Sign Out
    2. No sound when I use Music or Music Preview App - MS has acknowledged a problem with the SoundBlaster stack - I found if I changed the speaker properties from Surround 5.1 to Stereo it works, but unacceptable.
    3. Windows 10 can't remember my default program for Mail is Outlook. I keep getting warning messages to set it like I have over and over again.
    4. Updates tell me that a restart is required, but after I do, they continue to warn me to restart to apply updates.

I didn't have this many issues with Build 10122. I wonder what's going on....

Ok.. weird. I just re-installed this build from the latest ISO from the slow path. And.. CCC installed all by itself. Yup,, works just fine now. Well,, it's good but.. oh well.

It's always installed by itself for me. A couple of minutes after logging in the first time my laptops screen would flash as the AMD driver installed from Windows update in the background. A reboot or two latter and I get a ccc has stopped working. Seemed random, likely depended on what I was doing. You may have a newer driver. I'd have to look through old threads to figure out what driver version I was running. I went back to 8.1 on my laptop.

    Here are my problems:

    1. I had that error too when I clicked the Start button>Power>Shut down. I don't know why it is, but when I right clicked on the Start button>Shut down or sign out>Shut down, the error didn't pop up. The next time I clicked the Start button>Power>Shut down, there was no error, and hasn't been one since.

    2. I have IDT HD Audio CODEC and by changing from 24 bit to 16 bit, I now have sound. You're right . . . it's unacceptable.

    3. I have Office 365 ProPlus and don't have any problems with Windows 10 remembering that Outlook is my default email client.

    4. I don't have a recurring reminder to restart the machine after updates.

I've been doing it that way almost forever, since XP anyway. One click, works for me.
