Could someone please confirm that their network discovery is fine. Just trying to ascertain whether it is just a few systems with this problem or whether it is universal.

For me, and at least some others, net view produces a 1312 error and I get absolutely no shares shown.

    TIA.

Thanks for replying. Really strange why some have this problem but not others.

Visited feedback app and upvoted a couple!

Well, I got all updated to the new build, and... no go. Same symptoms as with 14915. Here’s the tale of woe:

Same problem with the sign-in screen (text fields white, dimmed background pic), no start menu, sound volume/time-date not working, can’t open settings (something-or-other not associated), and probably other things that escape me right now.

I may or may not try a clean install (I did with 14915 and it made no difference). I guess I'm going to be sitting out for the second consecutive build. Maybe it's just my ancient machine, though every build has worked on it since October of 2014, when this whole fun-fest began. My time as an Insider may just be drawing to a close...
I have the same problem. It's an old HP dx2400 (Dual Core E2200, intel G33).
You need to go to Device Manager (use Win+X) and update the video driver manually selecting from a list, select "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" and reboot. With that you can see again anything that uses XAML.

What CPU and GPU are you using? I suspect it happens with any CPU that lacks SSE4.1 support.

In settings under Updates find Windows Insider program (bottom) and select join Windows Insider and select which ring you will join: slow or fast.

    Update:
#WindowsInsiders who are hitting the 800703ed error (update starts/fails) when installing 14926 on mobile: remove SD card and try again.

Wouldn't doing that destroy apps that are on the SD card?
