I had been taking a break from Insider Builds (been running 'normal' Anniversary Update), but with the release of 14915 I decided to see how things were going. I turned on the 'receive Insider builds', rebooted, made sure I was on the Fast Ring, checked for updates and BANG - 14915 was streaming in! I expected to wait until tomorrow to be 'provisioned', or whatever they call it, but here she comes!

Did a clean install of 14915 and now Google Chrome crashes when trying to install extensions. Tabs disappear and reappears when restarting Chrome. Any workaround for this?
It's an issue with all Chromium-based browsers and I am unaware of any workaround. Build really is unusable to me without one.

This is seriously weird. For a few minutes, just now, I saw NetBIOS working with better discovery as a result. Could see the NAS box but not the networked printer. For a few minutes I saw the wifi notebook but it soon vanished. net view worked but all has now gone back to as it was i.e. net view with error 1312 and no NetBIOS discoveries.

What on earth is going on.

Please, again, can I get some feedback from some of you re this problem. Can I assume it is working fine, as before, for everyone except sneekez and me?
It looks like I am having a similar issue. I have a Windows XP, and 3 Windows 10 devices connected to my home network. The Windows XP box has the network printer attached to it for printing purposes. On 14915, the XP box isn't being detected, but it is being detected on AU (14393.105). So networking problems are starting up again unfortunately, it seems like....I will just be patient and for any real work, I will be using the AU stable version of Windows 10.

Re-apply the credential you should be able to access the printer and network. Apparently it a build bug after the update!

Half an hour ago everything came right with NetBIOS discovery with all my shares displayed and accessible. Now, after the comp being asleep for half an hour all is back to WSD only thus no NAS and printer.

So, the problem just comes and goes at random. That is REALLY strange.

Still stuck on the 14905 Windows Insiders slow ring delivery branch and no dice on 14915 via WU even with all the reg hacks none of them me gave a reliable fast ring setting.

Have now put the reg back to what it was b4 any tinkering .

I'm downloading 14915 enGB from a trusted source which will probably be the default in the installer with an enUS drop down option or maybe it can changed in time and language settings , will see what shakes out ........ anybody tried that yet with this build or perhaps another one ?

Will make a DVD so it should present any options avail at install and not just rush into a WU blind option install like it might ? simply mounting an ISO within Windows or maybe like hitting the update now button at the MS - AU download site instead of the MCT

Chrome is decently stable *here at 8 GB ram ....not so much on x64 Chrome on x64Windows @ 4GB ram before everything here was 8GB or more if you multi tab/multitask with Chrome open

So far everything seems to be working rather well. It's a bit better than the previous build.

What I did was to go back to build 14901 and then within 5 hours I was able to get the latest build. With 14901 I was able to switch to the fast track and that made the difference.
