You have used wrong ESD file, that's so simple.

I don't know what tool / decrypter you use, using the one from TF ESDtoISO tutorial the file names are generated differently. I just made ISO images from EN-US and EN-GB 14915 ESD files, the file names are:
    • EN-US: en_windows_10_pro_14915_x64_dvd
    • EN-GB: en-gb_windows_10_pro_14915_x64_dvd
You may be right, just found I had 2 ESDs in ESD ti ISO folder and looks like it chose old one. Doing it with new one now.
Yes, I use ESD to ISO program from tutorial but I get those loooong file names.
Here it is, just finished converting: 14915.1000.160826-1902.RS_PRERELEASE_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

Installation finished and settings, etc., put back as they were. Ready to do a Reflect backup. Everything seems OK so far. :)

@CountMike you should remove the tool you are using and re-download it, link in tutorial!!!

There were issues with the tool's earlier version which used those long filenames, or rather issues with ISO images created with it (they were missing recovery and repair options).

This warning was posted in tut thread on June 15th:

The tool has been updated 10 days ago, on June 5th. In case your tool is older please delete it from your PC simply by deleting the folder it was extracted to and download the updated tool. Download link in the first post (step 1.3).

Although the old version will create a functioning ISO image which will allow you to install Windows 10, there's a bug in ISO creation process that leaves out the repair console, meaning you can not boot to repair options if / when necessary. This bug has been fixed in updated tool.

Simply remove the whole unzipped ESDtoISO folder and re-download it.

Ah OK. I shall do that but except for those long filenames I didn't have any problems with them.

You will if you ever need to boot to Windows repair / recovery options with it.

I did few upgrades on friends computer with them and maybe one or two clean installs.
    P.S.
Gonna have to wait until next upgrade, just finished Disk Cleanup.
