    Yes, there will still be updates, patch Tuesday or no patch Tuesday. They just won't hold them until the next patch Tuesday. It will go back to the way it was before they instituted patch Tuesday. I guess we got a little off track with the locked unlocked thing.
    I agree that having a fixed date for updates was a great idea and I hope MS keeps that concept.. that way users can know when to look for updates or not be shocked when the suddenly happen.

    Same thing here.. I just let it at it.. while that might not be the best approach it works for me at least.

    I keep on mixing Tuesday and Thursday but as long as "Notify but don't download and install" is an option I will not complain (much). In any case, didn't MS say that they'll deliver updates as soon as available a while ago ?

    In that case, it should be called "Two days later" because they show up that late for me. Anyway I call them "Let's see what's new" because they are on manual.

    Patch Tuesday is just a signal to me to fire-up Macrium on every PC in the house before 1:00pm! (10:00am RST)
