I just clean installed 14385. Wah!
14388 hasn't percolated or hydrated or whatever, through yet.
-
Finally managed download...only after a false positive, then prompted "Retry"....whole process only took just under half hour.

I experienced the same thing - I did with 14385, too. After clicking 'Retry', it all worked properly.

Yes, I had that happen on at least two recent builds. Retry worked both times.

I'm feeling left out here. My machine is stuck at build 14379, when I check for updates, all I ever get is Windows Defender updates. That tells me updates are still working, I checked and I'm still in the Fast ring.
Anybody got any ideas why I'm not seeing the new builds? Never had a problem in the past.

I'm getting the same on the desktop, but the laptop and VM's updated without issue.

It might be pure coincidence but I've had a few times a situation where no upgrade comes through, then I notice that this setting is on. I turn it off and upgrade starts after next restart:
-
All update settings check out ok.

If you have another Microsoft account, try changing to it from the account you usually use. This has worked for me. You may have to reboot afterward and try update again.
