I'm going to have to try a clean install. None of my programs will launch from the start menu. They will start if I pin them to the taskbar.
I think this is a known issue, Winuser. Look at the article Shawn posted at the beginning of this thread.

Nope. While it was preparing to install 10061, I quickly made an ISO and thumb drive and clicked on restart!
I wasn't gonna stick around to find out if it would work or not!
Actually I still have it, too. I will wipe it out this weekend. :) I will replace it with 10061 clean install.

Anybody notice the 'Taskview' side panels expand a bit when choosing an additional Desktop?
(Don't know if it did that in previous builds)

It's not yet time for that.. it also appeared on 10056.

Download was fastest of all downloads yet.
Problem with none of the start menu icons working to open any of the applications.
Problem with email not importing any of my 4 email accounts that were set up and active in previous version.
None of my programs-including those built into windows- will launch which you have identified in your introduction to the build. Very frustrating.
