Hmmm..... I wonder what exactly does that mean and how Microsoft determines how one machine is newer than another?
They are collecting telemetry data from ALL Windows 10 machines, so I am guessing some form of CPU/Mobo combination that lists the newer CPUs/Mobo which get the update first? I donno...

Where on Microsoft's site are these ISO files? Clicking the links you provide starts the file download. Sorry, I mean no offense here, but I just like to know where my files are coming from.
Doesn't look like it. You can download 14393.0 from the MCT and then Check for Updates on WU when you finished installing 14393.0 and it should get you to 14393.10.
Been out of loop for a while,can I still get this update? Running version 1511 now,is this a free upgrade?. Are their a lot of changes or should I stick to my current version.
