In any case, we would not get build 10100. It would be 10061 or 10065, which are the two latest builds compiled for the Impressive branch.

Generally is better than saying never. I doubt a release will come out Friday but I'm still going to check.

Most likely, 10100 is probably the start of the Consumer Preview Branch.
