Anyone else seeing a policy change at the beginning of the blog post?

Combine those two highlighted sentences and you get a new policy: it's OK to replace motherboard, Windows remains activated and digital entitlement will be carried over to new hardware. Not just replace motherboard with an identical one as until now.

    Am I reading it wrong?
Maybe because the Insider Preview Build is considered as retail version?

    Full version (Retail):
    - Includes transfer rights to another computer.- Doesn't require a previous qualifying version of Windows.
    - Expensive

    Upgrade version (Retail):
    - Includes transfer rights to another computer.
    - require a previous qualifying version of Windows.
    - Expensive, but cheaper than full version

    OEM :
OEM versions of Windows are identical to Full License Retail versions except for the following:
    - OEM versions do not offer any free Microsoft direct support from Microsoft support personnel
    - OEM licenses are tied to the very first computer you install and activate it on
    - OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard
    - OEM versions cannot be used to directly upgrade from an older Windows operating system

Birthday presents can be delivered up to a week after...

This is a second build delivered on Wednesday. Looks like Dona has different week schedule than Gabe :)

    This upgrade sucked!
When it came time to sign in, it wouldn't take the password, I then figured out it was wanting a US keyboard, I have a german, and there was no way to switch.
    Way to blow, it! Microsoft.
