Thought you said you didn't have an Android phone. S4 is an Android.
Sorry, it was early and I misread.,

Where did you go to get it downloaded and installed on your Android Phone as I would like to use that one rather than the Google App
I just got it by going to playstore (via the phone app) and searching for maps, as for the latest update it did that all by itself (I have auto update apps on)

I understand the Maps feature is great and works Awesome for every one.

However, i have a question: Is there a way to disable offline Maps from Windows 10. Be it a group policy or a registry so that offline Maps can be disabled in system settings.

Silly question, but if I'm using this app on a phone, how to I tell it to save my current location as a favorite?

For example, if I'm camping and want to put a favorite in so that I can find my campsite again if I go off hiking, or so that I can bookmark somewhere on a trail to come back to later on?

I only seem to be able to put in two favorites, my home location and where I've parked, but I'd probably want to save multiple locations.

    Hi
If you press and hold on the location you can select Drop Pin
    This will remember the loctation

If you then want to save this as a favourite, press on the Pin and it shows the details of it, at the to should be a favourite icon to add it
