I turned on my insider machine this morning and when I checked for any updates, 14366 came up. :)
Downloaded very quick, restarted the machine and the update was done very fast. I was impressed
as normally, Australia is always on the end of the list. Very pleased to get the update and I have found
it has fixed a couple of annoyances.

Missed the fun due stupid advice from my doc, part of insomnia treatment I'm told to go and stay in bed at least 7 hours every night even if I can't sleep, went bed just an hour before the build was released, now next morning European time I woke up for the new build :)

I have fast connection but this build seems to come much slower than previous ones. WU has normally used the full speed, now downloading with about 20% speed.

    Another update, more bugs...

    [QUOTE=badrobot;704640]UPDATE:

Source: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14366 Mobile Build 14364 | Windows Experience Blog

Just installed it - 14364 - (Mobile) on my Lumia 640 in the vague hope that the camera bug will be fixed and the zombie updates in the store will either update or be gone.
Ha ha... New bugs. The camera bug has been moved to another place. To the Privacy setting where it freezes in an endless loop when it should show apps that are to be given permission to use the camera. Why the hell should the built in Windows camera app be given permission manually to use the built in camera anyway? (and yes the camera works - it has been tested with the ONLY other app in the store that can take pics - and it is not a good app).
So I still have a phone that has no camera. It makes me think of the pre-camera Nokia I had a decade ago...
The zombie updates ( about 5 of them) are STILL in the Store update area. The only difference is that the fault message has been changed. Is that your update?? To change the fault message??
And now when I ask for a list of settings in the expanded settings area, the setting all suddenly disappears and I am thrown back to the start screen. It needs a second try to even get to the settings... Before this update, getting to the settings was one ask away...
I know when I asked to be in the "fast lane" I accepted these risks, but hell, One can at least accept a beta piece of s/w to be operational.... Like with the camera. And that a new beta will fix bugs, not perpetuate them and create more!
And remember - a smart phone these days has a few CORE applications: to phone, to connect to the internet and to take pics are three big ones. Your updates TOOK AWAY one of these that worked in precious updates. You are moving BACKWARDS seen from the point of view of the end user.
Will I at this stage recommend to others that Win 10 Mobile is usable? No ways.....
A few months ago I would have. Not now. You are looking like a mechanic that has been working on a car for months now and still the car won't fire on all cylinders. It looks like you are struggling.
In the meantime Android and Apple are NOT....
Hire some competent coders or something. But fix this. You are losing the race big time. If you don't I and how many other people will be forced to buy new phones. It will probably be Android driven.
The Lumia phone, by the way, is great quality. I like it. The Nokia guys make a good phone. It's your o/s that is the problem that does not go away.
I don't suppose there is any way I can load Android on the Lumia 640?

Did you try hard reset, that usually fixes those things ?
Just downloading on my L640ds, didn't have camera bug in earlier update.

If you used One drive backup you should get everything back.

CNN app error code - 0x80073CF9, Lumia motion data - wants permission to install on phome memrory, I give it, error repeats, Gesture and Touch error code - 0x80073CF9, Messaging plus - error code - want permission to install on phone too, I give it error pops back and not install
