No. That is not a fix. That's an upgrade. In Insider term, that's a "new build" ( new ISO).

"Update" and "Upgrade" are 2 different bananas.

Ok, have to admit it, that was upgrade :). Same build, same ISO (not exactly, but almost).

Edit: didn't want to complicate things. Agree with you.

Haha.. yeah.

By and large, Any significant change in appearance and performance is an upgrade. But just trying to make things work like it should, is just a fix.
