I forgot this strange detail from my previous post:

In screenshot you can see the size of this new ISO (UK English PRO x64) I made today (#1) and the old one (#2), both made from same ESD file. Notice that the old one with this minor flaw, something missing, is a bit bigger than the one I made today, the one that is missing nothing :).

Strange, you would think that if something is missing the ISO would be smaller?

If system couldn't find the file it doesn't mean that it wasn't there. Path could be wrong (among other things that I can't remember right now :)).

I noticed that using my install ISO, a command prompt flashed fast just before showing the input language and time / currency formats dialog. I had to capture the boot on a vm to video, then freeze the video to be able to, have enough time to read the message shown in this command prompt:

Inspecting this a bit more, the two missing files are parts of the WinPE repair console. However, I have Windows installed using this ISO on three machines, all of them working perfectly except the one I today managed to screw up the EFI system partition (long story...). In other words this ISO although missing the repair console had no other flaws, Windows installed from it works perfectly

Anyway, I used the same ESD file and re-made the ISO now and did a test install on Hyper-V vm using the new ISO. This time the dialog background colour is blue as it should be, and the repair options is there:

That's the sequence my 13452 goes through. The "DOS" window on mine stays for several seconds.

Did you do anything different when you re-made the ISO from the ESD file?

I spent the last while setting up a NAS with nas4free. Took a while to understand datasets and Samba shares. Got it up and running now. Transferred all my data to it.

I clean installed 14332 starting with the iso I downloaded from MS. I got the blue install screen with the repair option. I then used Diskpart to clean drive 0 and convert it to gpt.. I rebooted and got the blue install screen with the repair option. Continued on, got an option to install Pro x64 or Basic/Home x64. I choose Pro. Setup continued as normal.

I'm waiting now for it to pickup the latest builds. I'll report back when I have more news.

A few days ago I noticed that build 14352 install media I had created with this tool was lacking computer repair options when PC was booted with the install media. Other than that the ISO and media created from it works just fine, installing build 14352 without issues.

However as lacking repair options in boot are quite a big issue, making a non bootable Windows difficult to repair because the repair console is missing when booting with the install media, I decided to update the tool with updated crypto keys to assure that we have a tool which works 100% as planned.

You can check your ISO and see if you want to recreate it. If the repair console is missing in your ISO, you will get the first language & formats dialog shown with white background as in this screenshot when PC is booted with the ISO or install media created from it:

Clicking Next will bypass the Install / Repair selection and go straight to Install.

ISO image created with the updated tool will show the language & formats dialog as it should be, with blue background, and clicking Next will show the Install / Repair selection:

My apologies for possible inconvenience, leaving an outdated tool to be downloaded is my fault and I have no excuses for it.

Remember: The ISO created with the outdated and now replaced tool is fully working apart of the missing repair console. Windows 10 build 14352 installed using it is a fully functioning Windows. However, as the repair console can in certain circumstances be important I recommend you to remove the outdated tool from your computer, download the current version and make a new ISO image.
