So far windows 10 32 bit on a 64 bit machine is faster with 4 gb of ram. A few drivers had to be installed manually using device manager and windows update. Microsoft use to do that when installing.

@Winuser Press F7 and you should be able to copy and paste
Thanks for the tip. So far copy and paste has worked except for two forums.

I've had this issue with IE11 so I knew what to do: Click any of the tag icons, quote or code or whatnot, to add the tags to the post. When done, you can suddenly type in the post. Just delete the tags you inserted to "grant access" :).
Thanks for the tip. I'm still trying to find my way around in Spartan. Definitely nothing like Pale Moon.

I hate be a PITA on this issue but it's just so annoying that in 5 builds that can't or won't fix the issue with file explore all over the desktop when you close and reopen it. Build 9879 did not have that problem for some reason. Please somebody tell me it's fixed in 10049 so I don't have to up my dose of Prozac
Have you reported it in the feedback app? Have you gone through and "Me Too'd" other people who may have reported it?

Regardless, you have to understand that they prioritize many bugs. Lots of bugs sit as low priority, or maybe the fix depends on several other fixes to be made first. So it may not get fixed right away, but that doesn't mean it's not in the plan.

I moved and closed file explorer in various positions on my desktop as well as re-sizing the window. File explorer behaved as you have wished.

    Hi Everyone,

I managed to capture the ESD when I preformed the update on my system.
The file can be catch right after the download, it can be found in subdir\folder the following directory\folder:

    c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\

    Mine is the 32bit one:

    10049.0.150325-1700.fbl_impressive_CLIENTENTERPRISE_VOL_x86fre_en-us.esd (1.73 GB - 1,859,223,468 bytes)

I want to share it - could anyone of TENFORUMS give me some guidance (I don't wanna break any rules!)

    Regards

Indeed. This same fix needed in 10049 too. In any case, because the Store (Green tile) got stuck and I was not able to install the App, Start Menu got stuck too and did not open at all(like it has this App as a dependency - immediately after the PowerShell command, Start Menu was dead).
Here a Win + R and WSReset.exe helped the Store to function again in order to re-install the Mail App and Start Menu came back :)

Check this tutorial (in case you don't know its existence).

I'm not a specialist, but I guess from the time Windows 10 is Free for download and install right now, you can share this file with any person you want. In fact I think Microsoft would need more people get involved with Testing. That's my opinion.

I don't have that big of an issue with the 10049 upgrade but I really don't wanna break my own rule this time. I created an image of this upgrade (just in case) and now I am wiping out my SSD to do a clean install of 10049.

    Later!
