You are running in crossfire right? Did yoy try running one card at a time?
Edit.
Ooops, sorry everybody. I think this issue should be on a separate thread Bugmeister. Just a suggestion.
- aye you're right..
- could it be shunted to Graphics section..
- no problem
- 'tis specific to that Topic (my bad)

While doing Quests, I ran across this:
When I click on Cortana from the Task Bar, she works as expected; however, when I click on Start>Cortana, I get nothing but a blank black screen.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Works for me. You have a lot of problems with this build, don't you Wynona?

Not really, Andre. There were more in Build 14328. My thought is that incidents seem to run together from build to build. Others are having far more problems than I. Incidentally, the Firefox issue is long gone and I can click on a link in Outlook and come right to the thread I want in TenForums.
But it's funny that I tried to open Cortana from the Apps List in Start and only got the blank screen. And, wow, I just opened MS Word with Cortana! That's something I will use! I'm going back to see if I can open apps other than Microsoft.

So Firefox is working for you now? Or, are you still with Chrome?
Regarding apps, they should work from Cortana. At this level, it is basically search. Hmmm, think so.

Strange app on 14332.
@{Microsoft.Windows.SecureAssessmentBrowser_1000.14316.1000.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewyms-resource--Microsoft.Windows.SecureAssessmentBrowser-Resources-PackageDisplayName}
Click, it goes to store with the "apologies" page.
Not in Program Files\WindowsApps
Appears to be something left over from 14316
No way to uninstall it and not in registry
Weird!!
TC, if it shows in the Start>Programs list, I think you can right-click and select uninstall now.

Firefox all the way! I absolutely did not like Chrome.

Yup, Gimp worked with Cortana. I'm going to try some more things with Cortana. I've resisted it up until now, because there was so much more Windows 10 to test. I'm still holding off on Edge until the more Browser experienced among us say it's ready for prime time. I do try it out with each new update, but so far, it's not up to par for me.

For each new build here that means one of or both of two things! First the Dang Sound card's X-Fi Xtreme Audio Support Pack 1.2 has to keep being put back on and then after the restart check for the 1.5.1 update to get the software portion cleaned up each time.
And then of course you might just want a new look and feel for each OS change?
So far the only bug noticed was on one of the new VMs which ran into the file, folder renaming problem. I was still able to restart into it again and then able to name any new folder. As for the AMD/ATI issues nuke the present Catalyst and drivers and look up an earlier 8.1 flavor Catalyst suit. That should allow itself to update into a working newer fflavor over time and end up seeing fewer problems.

Edge is improving with each new build. But still not stable enough for prime browser - you can just never know when it will crash.
