This morning I deleted all of my TenForums notifications, so I don't have very many to test with, but . . .
So far, here's what I've found:
When I click on a link to Today, FF unfailingly takes me to that thread. Same with the Show Us Your Desktop and New Discoveries threads. However, when I click on the link to this thread, 'Insider Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 for PC and Mobile', sometimes it will bring me straight here and other times, it will not; I have to try several times before I can follow the link.
This is weird!
Ok, I'll try DDU-ing my way back to 16.3.2, and give it another shot - this is really annoying..!!
[UPDATE} No joy with 16.3.2..
same problem
- pages not loading fully and Radeon Settings completely borked
- both IE and EDGE are affected..
- looks like I'll have to try and dig up a pre-Crimson driver (??)

Good catch on that one! That will come in handy for not getting the wrong drivers!
I never go the Compatibility assistant click on the program installed correctly even if it crashed! That tends to be more of an annoyance at times then anything else. Posting this reply in Edge while having initially read through on Waterfox 44.03 while I still have FF 45 now on. Since the base is indentical I now have to go for Waterfox 45.
Don't have any problem with Edge here with it. I think you have a problem with Edge itself there and likely will need to switch off to IE, FF or some other browser at least until the next build.
Fallout 4 is working OK here after doing an in place upgrade to 14328. If you have the Steam version, have you tried verifying files (Right click on Fallout 4 in your Steam list, click properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache) to see if anything is corrupt? If you did an upgrade install, did you run something like DDU and then reinstall your GPU drivers? Sometimes an upgrade can cause funkiness with GPU drivers, both AMD and Nvidia.
Have several Steam driven mods as well as some games that haven't seen any problems they didn't already with the 10240! That has been at least one consistency seen so far while one oldies crashes on exit as seen on 10 from the start! Been fortunate with the AMD/ATI Catalyst and drivers here as well.
Each new build however always manages to knock out the sound card's Entertainment console launcher however where the 8.1 update and then allowing that to update itself to the latest 10 version is a regular. WMP play lists remain untouched from build to build in contrast to always having had to drag the tracks onto the right column and resave each list to overwrite itself. But never before have there been this many upgrades by the WU(Windows Updates) and still not need to see much at all reinstalled!
