Win10 Pro Insider Preview. Build 14951.rs_prerelease.161014-1700

still getting those dratted green and black boxes on webpages..
even with the new 16.4.2 AMD drivers - still no access to Radeon Settings GUI..
(- and yes, I do use DDU to clean old drivers..)

have I over-looked a setting in the browser - or even the OS itself?
it's happening in both Edge and IE..

    - I've uninstalled Java completely, could that have affected anything????

Do you object the fact that advanced private users and IT staff in corporate environment might get more, might be able to do more with tools like PowerShell and Command Prompt? Should these tools be removed and disabled because you want everything be managed with a nice GUI?

Or do you just object the fact that, using this PacketManagement and TF tutorial about it as example, some of our tutorials on this forum of ours for private users show and tell our members how to take advantage of professional tools? Should everything here be simple basics, click and drop and such, should we forget exploring Windows' limits and capabilities?

If you want to you can get your IP details with one right click (network icon in notification area) and three left clicks (Select Open Network and Sharing Center, click the adapter, click Details):
I see you corrected your typo from the earlier post where you had "Power"Mana"ment" rather then Power"Manage"ment. Hopefully the tutorial's title was corrected as well.

As for the Command prompt and especially the "Elevated Command prompt" now named the Command prompt(Admin) option I wouldn't be without it! Don't use PowerShell much but wouldn't be without that function in Windows either. They are there IF and WHEN Needed regardless of how often you use any type of dos like shell command line type op in the Windows OS.

Regardless of which type of user someone is and there are all types these options still have a purpose for being there. For the Pro user it most likely will be work related to know them inside and out as part of the job requirement while the home 1st person shooter or web shopping mom could care a hoot if they are there or not UNTIL "Houston we have a problem!" Then ut ooooo... Guess it is needed afterall!

Sorry if it is manual and not "Fancy Bells & Whistles"! for the more picky users! And what some seem to forget is that the GUI is a portion of the Windows Shell to begin with only with fancy colors and themes to see the OS made more "Eye Candy Friendly"! You called it right there! Kari

Netflix - DRM - Massive streaming problems

In this build, all Streaming apps which are using the:
"Media Foundation Protected Pipeline EXE - mfpmp.exe"
    are stuttering and freezing.
E.G. Netflix App, Edge streaming Netflix, etc.
But Netflix works ok with the Google Chrome Browser, which doesn't use "mfpmp.exe"
I couldn't try other DRM based streaming services, since I'm only subscribed to Netflix.
This is a DRM issue where "Media Foundation Protected Pipeline .EXE" is using up to 40% CPU compared to 3-4% in 14316.
Went back to 14316, which solved this problems.
    Anyone else noticed that?
