Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 for PC and Mobile Insider

Yep, very recent. Like yesterday and today.
Also, I've checked other emails and clicked on as many links as I could find, and it seems to only happen to TF links.
Sorry to hear that.
It seems like strange forces are fiddling with your computer lately. Have no idea, but wish you can sort this out.
BTW, I begin to filling up that thread you started.

I took that mess off my machine when it decided that Office 365 2016 update was Ransomeware and there was nothing I could do about it.
I wound up with a clean install of the Build I was on because O365 could no longer install on my machine.
There's no way I'll put it back either; at least not until it recognized Microsoft products as NOT ransomware.

AMD settings is not working correctly - despite several re-installs, and
a screen shot taken in screen one now appears to include both screens.. (??)
- and this is how the posting section on this forum is behaving:

- any clues??
- something has gone seriously haywire here..
Which browser, BugMeister?
I just clean installed Build 14328 on Lappy and AMD seems to be working fine. So far. Also, this desktop is working fine too. Both are HP.

Youtube doesn't work here, too. Edge is giving me tip to use Chrome instead.
Edge gave you a tip to use Chrome??? That is priceless!

Have you tried using DDU to totally get rid of old graphics drivers?
-
Installing a whole bunch of apps at the same time, i.e.,
Install-Package vlc, FoxitReader, TeamViewer, Malwarebytes, Steam, Skype, Office365HomePremium -Force
And such.
Ditto here. Very handy when doing clean installs.

Microsoft Edge..
- it's acting up quite badly
- black place markers on some sites, green boxes on others..
- the Avatars on this page are showing as Black boxes without image showing..
- and the cookies GUI is greyed-out, but hovering in the GUI shows that they are there ..
- all very spooky..
PS - and I did use DDU - each time I tested the GFX driver..
- tested from 16.3 onwards.. all drivers show the blurred-out the Radeon Settings GUI on installation..

Well, I tried installing 16.4.1 and I got this..
and after a reboot... it's back to 16.3.2..
Also, the Program Compatibility Assistant popped up.
I think we should all stay away from it. I created a restore point before doing so. I will just restore back to be sure everything will be back to normal.
