Yep, I just tried a link from a Walmart email and got it. I deleted a whole lot of emails before I started testing this, so Staples isn't there, but if you're getting it, I'm pretty sure I will too.

Since you're using IE and I'm using FF, it's a pretty foregone conclusion it's not our browser, but Build 14316.

As a test, is anyone using Edge and not getting this problem? Anyone using Chrome? The key seems to be that you need to click on a link from within an email . . . i.e. Walmart email advertising the Nextbook Flexx 8.9" 2-in-1 Tablet. Or Product Care Plans, etc.
I just tried clicking on links in my email from Walmart and I have a different problem. Build 14316, Edge as my default browser and Thunderbird as my email client. When I clicked on a link in my Walmart email nothing happens. I tried a few other emails and some work and some don't.

so this is not a few of us that have this problem; it is more widespread. Seems like this build has more than a few problems.

I would say that everybody is affected, but some of them don't now yet Just have to wait for the right mail.

I just tried the same thing with a Walmart email and it worked just fine.
    Email Client: eM Client
    Browser: Edge..

I opened a link from Walmart for a order notification and it opened with no issue. So.. not everyone is getting this error.

Can you try with WIN 10 email app?
I've noticed, that problems occurs with the such type of links:
    Code:
    https://www.amazon.de/gp/r.html?C=1PPXL50something...T=C&U=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.de%...
    Direct links work well

I just opened a link in Top Stories from PC World and got the "how do you wanna" window again!
@Andre Ten: I don't think it's the email app. I have Outlook in Office 365 2016, which not very many have. So I'm guessing we'll all have different email clients . . . Some will use the Windows 10 email, some will use Outlook.com and some will even use yahoo mail.

Maybe as a process of elimination, all who have the problem will tell us which email client you use?

    Outlook 2016 here.

Does it happen in both, Andre?

Both. If I'm clicking on links in webmail app, all is fine.
