Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14316 Insider

So I got a ISO file for 14316. Update went without a hitch. But when I try logging in..it brings me back to the lock screen. Any way around for that?. I went back to the previous build for now.
From where did you get the iso?

but, you have had no issues with this computer up to and including 10586?
10586 was the first insider version that I put on the Compaq, as an installation to a clean, empty partition. There are other Windows and Linux partitions on the laptop.
I have experienced no issues with windows 10 since installation in November 2015. However, it is possibly now time for a clean install.

Depends on where you got your ISO file. Some people think it's fun to give you what you think is a legitimate file and play with your mind when it doesn't work.
It's beside the point they will never see your results.

Possible. But since the update worked..i would say it could have been some driver prob. Will try again later and see if I could fix it.

I wouldn't download an ISO from anywhere but Microsoft, Magilla. I'm probably the biggest coward in the universe when it comes to getting software from an unknown source. Besides, Microsoft frowns mightily upon us getting new Builds from anywhere else; we could be kicked out of the Insider Program (or not). :)
I've seen too many horror stories.
Oh, and BTW, we're not supposed to post anything referring to an unauthorized Windows site. Just an FYI.

i thought not. And I too won't get anything from any non Microsoft site. Was trying to be sure this insider had correct info.
