Check out the guide there and what I tried here while the 14316 was already scheduled unfortunately I adjusted the registry a little bit on the 14295. For anyone who won't be getting into this build the new entries made saw the same option appear. Unfortunately the 14279 VM is seeing the 14316 go on as we speak to give it try there.

The setup black countdown clock is gone for upgrades of last build - now its just the blue/green/grey background with working on updates.

Fan control after sleep still does not work - fan restarts and keeps running.

    Known Issue in Edge:

•Some large downloads may appear to get stuck at 99% completion. You can work around this issue by renaming the file in your downloads after closing Microsoft Edge. This workaround skips security checks on the file, so it should be used only with files from a trusted source.
odd fonts appear in Feedback hub app etc

now the new Defender icon/glyph appeared in notifications at first, but after a signout to change scaling, the old icon has returned

The "three candle layer cake" is a bug, it seems due to a scaling issue for the glyph:

125% complete glyph with all vertical and horizontal parts

100% before signout with partial glyph

100% after signing on again with only horizontal lines

here's the glyph as it should be:

Are mouse pads supposed to scroll?
In any case, you might want to install proprietary driver for your mouse.
But with a list of problems you have there, maybe it's time to clean install.

I ran my PC all night and no issues to report so far. The new OneNote extension looks like it's something I really can make a lot of use out of. I plan on trying that out today and I'll report back in a new thread.

One VM here got flagged for an intrusion alert by the av software on the second desktop when just finishing up. I have to suspect the Team Viewer re-establishing the connection to the server was at fault since the prompt produced a private IP. The firewall often prompts even when the only thing changed will be some other updates going on and then following the full restart the prompt for trusting the network appears.

Vinyl > iTunes lossey .aac yucky maybe use FLAC lossles 16/44 rips and just use Audacity or EAC to make whatever mp3 or .aac media or iTunes repositorys you need for a PDP /phone or a noisy vehicle commute or something like that .

Note : Once you make an mp3 or iTunes rip *that media will always be poor quality and no amount of up sampling will ever restore the discarded audio data or dynamic range and noise floor it just makes a bigger file with more zero bit word length .

You lose up to 75% of the compressible audio data on an mp3 or iTunes .,aac from a 16 bit CD mix and often half of it or more from a vinyl rip on a decent vinyl playback chain source .

OTOH if you are using an inexpensive USB phono/turntable it probably wont matter anyway .

Note : Windows 10 Grroove musicand WMP support FLAC now along with all the other usual audio player apps
descent PDP's etc. outside of most professional studio DAWS that are usually .ALAC (MAC ) or .WAV ( PC ) in a project .

FWIW some of my best digitized 24 & 16 bit analog contact media (tape mixes) from the saftey master hdds at the labels works to ~ 600-750 + kbps of uncompressable audio data in a loss less audio compression FLAC file encode format where as an uncompressed (not uniformed loudness) decent 16 bit CD mix is 1411 kbps at full RBCD dynamic range and more at 24 bits from a digital production and the upper limits of iTunes (.aac ) and high bit rate mp3 is 320kbps and often has significant audible degradation compared to a good CD mix or decent vinyl ............... IOW it's all in the math

Maybe look at the THX PM3 link in my sig. and that might help explain my thoughts on all this
I'm using Audacity to record. My turntable is pretty basic and only has phono out so I bought a phono pre-amp. The weak link in all of this is my ears, so I'm not going to fork out on high end gear.

Looked at some audiophile sites, man they put PC and gamer geeks in the shade. Hundreds of €/$ just for cables!

One thing I did with an old component turntables years back was patch it through a cassette deck which then gave the signal a slight boost without a preamp. The amplication was then seen through the pc speakers!
